eizopen

creative campaign (eizo competition brief)

EIZO set a live brief, open to anyone. We were set the task as part of our University brief, working in pairs, which was graded separately before being sent in to the official competition.

We had to create an identity for a colour festival, using an interesting insight that made our work stand out from the rest. Our work was in fact shortlisted as one of the notable mentions, which is something I am very proud of.

Our project was based on the idea of illusion, which trick your eyes into seeing colour. We were playing on the idea that colours don't actually exist, it's just a trick on the eye that the brain interprets as a colour. We created a wide campaign, including; posters, banners, flags, internal and external signage, and also the logo itself.
